Galloping Guru offers a wide range of equestrian activities, both on and off the farm. Throughout the year, we offer weekly lessons (arena, cross-country, and trail riding), adult summer camps, educational workshops, and off-property experiences including fox hunting, hunter paces, hacks, and horse shows. Beyond riding, we are committed to fostering a strong, supportive, and welcoming equestrian community.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Great riders are not born—they are built one thoughtful ride at a time.
Every lesson begins long before a rider puts a foot in the stirrup. It begins with learning to notice—the horse's breathing, the movement of its ears, the feel of the lead rope, the rhythm of a calm walk.
We believe confidence is earned through understanding, patience, and experience, not force. Horses thrive with kind, consistent leadership, and both horses and riders benefit from clear expectations and healthy boundaries that create a safe learning environment.
We teach adults with encouragement, respect, and purpose, recognizing that everyone arrives with different experiences and goals. Our mission is not simply to teach people how to ride, but to help them become knowledgeable, compassionate horsemen and horsewomen who value partnership, safety, and lifelong learning.
